Rooted in the Breton economy since 1993, the Produit en Bretagne network has made corporate social responsibility (CSR) a key driver of change for its 520 members. With the creation of the RSE Bretagne 26000 label, developed with the expertise of the LUCIE Agency, the network offers a unique regional CSR certification that takes into account local commitments, cultural specificities, and the region’s heritage. Today, a decisive step forward strengthens this initiative: the possibility of dual certification with the LUCIE 26000 label. Discover how this partnership simplifies the process for companies while amplifying their impact.

The Bretagne 26000 Label: The First Regional CSR Certification
Since 2020, the network Produit en Bretagne has chosen to assert its role as a pioneering network, leading its members in a proactive approach to social responsibility. This ambition has taken shape through a three-step process, the most demanding of which leads to the RSE Bretagne 26000, the first regional CSR certification.
Developed by the network’s CSR committee and guided by the expertise of the LUCIE Agency, this label is presented as an original adaptation of the international standard ISO 26000. It retains the core issues and basic principles of the standard but goes further by adapting it to the specific challenges of the region. The goal is to add precision and rigor without losing sight of the systemic approach.
From the perspective of responsible governance, the focus is on active participation in the network’s activities, its collective initiatives, and solidarity among members. With regard to local development and the public interest, the requirements are more stringent: businesses must demonstrate their contribution to local hiring, vocational training, integration assistance, local purchasing, and regional investment, as well as to the fight against environmental nuisances.& Finally, the label promotes the advancement of culture in Brittany, including the support and preservation of Brittany’s tangible and intangible heritage.
A partnership with the LUCIE Agency that offers a strategic advantage
Companies with the “RSE Bretagne 26000” certification that wish to do so can join the LUCIE Community, the largest French community of organizations committed to CSR (over 1,300 organizations), which brings together all organizations certified by LUCIE, Responsible Digital, or those in the process of obtaining their certification. They thus have access, in particular, to methodological resources, communication support, partner offers, and the LUCIE Meetings, regular events that allow members to strengthen their initiatives, foster the sharing of experiences, and create the conditions for collaborative problem-solving to address today’s challenges. They thus gain an additional competitive advantage in promoting their approach to their stakeholders.
