Preserving the environment

  • Mobility policy (business travel is almost exclusively by train for teams, and air travel is not reimbursed).
  • Development of remote services (audits and training) to reduce travel.
  • Exclusive use of second-hand office furniture.
  • Communication to encourage ecological approaches aligned with the nature of our activities.

Responsible governance

  • A “société à mission” since 2024.
  • Collaborative CSR approach with CSR working groups involving the whole team.
  • Gender equality (mixed management committee).
  • Social objective of the company is focussed on the environmental and social transformation of organisations.
  • Signature of the Global Compact, Synodès, Mouvement Impact France and Planet Tech Care charters.

Respect for human rights

  • Introduction of a harassment advisor.
  • Team diversity (staff ages range from 25 to 55 in different regions across France).
  • Written assessment of recruitment is entrusted to at least three people within the organisation.

Responsible working conditions

  • Access to stable employment (100% permanent contracts, excluding apprentices and replacement staff).
  • Trust-based, flexible management of working hours.
  • Awareness raising of psychosocial risks.
  • Internal rules on limiting digital communication to team working hours.
  • Intervention and awareness raising by occupational health specialist on workplace ergonomics.
  • Location of premises facilitates transport (office situation in the heart of Paris).
  • Widespread use of working from home (50% of the time).
  • Support through an external HR provider and an HR evaluation to guide teams with growth of the organisation.
  • Team building (annual seminar in the countryside, knowledge cafés to help teams share knowledge and build awareness, collective workshops).
  • Ongoing training (via our Training Centre and our skills development plan).

Ethics in business relationships

  • Choice of service providers based on their CSR commitments (cleaning company, green energy contract, events in premises which are committed to the transition, etc.).
  • Diversification of suppliers (multiple assessors and trainers).
  • Securing our relationships (framework agreements with our auditors and trainers).
  • Ethical charter signed by our assessors and members of the Certification Committee.

Consumer interests

  • LUCIE training centre is QUALIOPI-certified.
  • Transparency and availability of information on the members of our certification committees, how our certifications are managed and our general terms and conditions.
  • Evaluation of client satisfaction (at the end of the event/training/audit and annually).
  • Innovation (research and development for new labels and sector-specific variations, based on the needs of our members and/or society).
  • Specific training rates vary by target audience, training eligible for OPCO, France Travail, the FSE…

Local development and interest

  • Organisation and participation in local events (Community meetings in the regions, fairs, conferences, webinars).
  • Priority collaboration with local service providers who are members of the LUCIE Community.
  • Partnerships with numerous professional organisations to support and develop CSR with their members (Orée, Comité 21, Chamber du Conseil FNAIM, SEDIMA, Produit en Bretagne, MFR, etc.).
