The Basque Country Digital Agency, LaNum Pays Basque, created and supported by the Basque Country Urban Community since 1999, is an agile, committed and expert organisation that explores and experiments with new digital uses in the region. A non-profit association (under the 1901 law), its multi-stakeholder composition positions it close to the needs of the Basque Country, giving it a head start on developments in digital practices and responses to issues in its catchment area.
LaNum Pays Basque supports municipalities, public actors, youth actors, actors in the social and medico-social sector, contributing citizens, associations and actors in the private sector in their projects where digital technology brings added value.
