The Support and Maintenance Department is a national division of the LA POSTE group, responsible for support, maintenance, and deployment of IT equipment, networks, automated systems, and security devices across all sites of the Retail and Digital Branch, La Banque Postale, and the Group as a whole.
It provides remote user support through its Service Desk and on-site assistance via its 71 Territorial Maintenance Agencies.
Handling nearly one million calls annually, the Service Desk teams of the DSEM support 70,000 users in resolving their incidents.
When on-site intervention is required or for deployment operations (upgrades, equipment renewal, etc.), DSEM’s local teams take over, carrying out 1,600 visits daily across all LA POSTE offices and partner locations.

Développer et opérer un Système d’information sous forme de « plate-forme », modulaire et ouvert
S’assurer que le si est aligné avec la stratégie de la DSI
S’appuyer sur les services mutualisés disponibles au sein du Groupe lorsque cela fait sens
Veiller au développement des collaborateurs de la DSI et de leurs compétences, attirer les talents du numérique
Contribuer aux objectifs RSE du Groupe sur les plans sociétal (inclusion, égalité H/F…) et environnemental

Perched on a majestic limestone cliff overlooking the Vézère Valley, La Roque Saint-Christophe is one of the largest troglodytic sites in Europe. Stretching for nearly 300 meters, the Grand Terrace, set halfway up the cliff, showcases the remarkable ingenuity of the people who lived here from Prehistory to the Renaissance. Once a fortified village, it sheltered several hundred families and served as a strategic stronghold.
Today, the site offers visitors a unique journey through time. As you walk along the terrace, you will discover rock-carved dwellings, reconstructions of medieval lifting and defense machines, and evocative scenes of daily life that reveal how generations adapted to this extraordinary environment. Demonstrations and exhibits bring to life the activities and skills of those who once inhabited this cliffside citadel.
Open all year round, La Roque Saint-Christophe welcomes visitors for self-guided tours, with guided visits and lively events available during the high season.
