Our members

KAPEA, a team of 10 experienced people: engineers, programmatic architects, environmental advisors, and legal expert. It is based in Bordeaux and Bayonne, and operates in the southwest. Our services are based on the trust, skills and experience of our teams, the involvement of project managers and their relational quality. KAPEA is a constant development based above all on the trust placed in us by our project owners and on the stability of our teams. This development is being managed thanks to early recruitment.
The areas of expertise on which KAPEA relies for its further development are functional expertise, in terms of opportunity studies, programming and technical studies, and monitoring environmental quality and energy performance. The main objective is to ensure energy efficiency, durability and sobriety of materials as well as optimal conditions of use.
