Jarny MVS Group is a family business with over 70 years of experience, made up of two companies: Jarny and MVS. Our group of agricultural and wine-growing dealerships currently has 5 Jarny branches and 7 MVS branches.
Agricultural Dealerships
For our agricultural division, Jarny distributes a wide range of equipment through our Promodis brand. On the MVS side, we distribute FENDT tractors and other machinery.
Wine-Growing Dealerships
For our wine-growing activity, we operate throughout the Loire Valley, thanks to our Jarny branches in Le Pallet (44) and MVS branches in Maine-et-Loire (49).
Core Business
The common foundation of the Group lies in our 11 Promodis stores and our all-brand repair workshops.

Jobencia Service is the career services office of Audencia Business School, a student association that connects companies with students for paid short-term assignments. Its goal is to enable students to gain practical professional experience while helping companies meet their staffing needs quickly and flexibly.
The association offers various types of assignments, including sales promotion, street marketing, event reception, sales prospecting, social media management, and inventory management. Thanks to the network and skills of Audencia students, Jobencia Service guarantees reliable, dynamic, and adaptable candidates.
The team also handles the administrative and organizational aspects of the assignments to simplify the process for partner companies. Reestablished in 2023, the association is currently experiencing strong growth and actively supports students’ career development.
