La Direction des Services Numériques aux Utilisateurs, la DSNU, est une Direction d’e.SNCF Solutions dont le rôle est de fournir des Services Numériques aux Utilisateurs autour du poste de travail (Digital Workplace). Sur ce périmètre, elle joue le rôle d’une ESN interne organisée par offre (relation clients et performance, services socles et postes de travail, services communicants et collaboratifs, service assistance aux utilisateurs, accompagnement et support en Ile de France et en région). Le numérique et l’optimisation de celui-ci au sein du groupe SNCF, est sa raison d’être. Il nous a semblé donc essentiel d’intégrer le Numérique Responsable dans la stratégie de l’organisation.
