Notre réseau national assure une formation de qualité dans les secteurs de la santé et des métiers du travail social accessibles à tous, Notre ambition est d’accompagner le bénéficiaire à chaque étape. En effet, plusieurs missions se complètent : favoriser l’insertion professionnelle, sécuriser les parcours et développer les compétences à chaque moment de la vie.

Nous proposons des formations diplômantes et certifiantes, des formations professionnelles continues, et encore des formations pré-qualifiantes pour les publics éloignés de l’emploi.

Croix-Rouge Compétence Normandie represents the training branch of the French Red Cross in Normandy.
It offers training programs in the healthcare, social work, and occupational health and safety sectors, through initial training, apprenticeships, and continuing education (for example: nursing assistant, nurse, special education teacher, ambulance technician, etc.).
Croix-Rouge Compétence Normandie is Qualiopi-certified and is recognized for its educational innovation with its learners.
It supports learners from pre-qualification to successful completion of their training and integration into employment. It also contributes to strengthening professional skills while upholding the Red Cross’s values of solidarity and inclusion.

Croix-Rouge Compétence Nouvelle-Aquitaine, c’est 9 sites de formation en passant par Angoulême, Limoges, et Bordeaux.
Certifié Qualiopi, nous proposons plus de 30 formations qualifiantes pour apprendre un métier dans le sanitaire et le social (certaines possibles en alternance), ainsi qu’une centaine de formations continues pour renforcer ou élargir vos compétences.
Croix-Rouge Compétence Nouvelle-Aquitaine possède un pôle unique dédié à l’accompagnement à la réussite de nos apprenants, ainsi que des innovations technologiques telles qu’une salle de simulation pour leur permettre d’apprendre efficacement et sereinement.
Evidemment, chez Croix-Rouge Compétence, nous nous engageons à rendre nos formations accessibles à toutes les personnes en situation de handicap.
Enfin, grâce à notre réseau de partenaires et au programme Erasmus+, nos apprenants peuvent réaliser une mobilité à l’étranger, en stage ou en études, en Europe ou ailleurs dans le monde.

The SAFRAN Villaroche CSE (Social and Economic Committee) oversees the economic, social, and cultural responsibilities of the Villaroche site, which has over 5,500 employees. Safran Aircraft Engines designs, develops, produces, and markets, alone or in partnership, engines for civil and military aircraft.
The Villaroche CSE team, composed of permanent staff and elected officials, strives for a green, collective, and humane CSE, open to all, for the satisfaction of over 18,600 beneficiaries.
The Safran Villaroche CSE is one of the first CSEs to have established a committee dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development and to develop its own strategy.
