Our members

Code Lutin is a self-managed organization: We, all Code Lutin employees, own the company in equal shares (relative to our working time). We also make our governance decisions together: 1 person = 1 vote. We uphold the values ​​of free software, which we promote through our sponsorship, our projects, and our network. As such, we initiated the “Copie Publique” movement, which aims to promote fair compensation for free software used within companies. We are also a founding member of the “Libre Entreprise” network, which brings together organizations with similar values.

Located in Maine-et-Loire, near Angers, Communauté de communes des Vallées du Haut-Anjou (CCVHA) brings together 15 municipalities, or nearly 40,000 people.

In February 2019, CCVHA received the awarded LUCIE 26000, becoming the first local authority to hold this label and, so, a pilot area for territorial CSR initiatives in France.
