Accompagnement Conseil et Stratégie (ACS), an independent firm established since 1996, specializes in recruitment and human resources consulting. Our expertise and experience allow us to support all types of businesses (PME, large groups, local authorities, etc.) in all fields of activity. In addition to our two core businesses, recruitment and HR consulting, we carry out skills assessments, VAE support, personality and potential studies, coaching (individual and group), training (HR and Management), mediation, and outplacement. A team of 15 employees spread across 5 geographical locations (Troyes, Romilly Sur Seine, Bar Sur Aube, Saint Florentin, and Reims) has a strong local presence and in-depth knowledge of the employment areas of the Grand Est and Burgundy regions. ACS is Qualiopi, a member of the companies commit and a signatory of the Diversity Charter.
