Get started on CSR with the LUCIE Progress label
With LUCIE Progress, Agence LUCIE has designed a transparent labeling process that offers an accessible option for all organizations to evaluate their CSR maturity level.
A LUCIE expert will assess your organization’s CSR maturity level during an on-site audit that lasts at least a half day. The audit will be scored on a 1000-point scale based on the international CSR standard, ISO 26000.
If your organization earns over 300 points and defines a CSR action plan, it will receive the label for 2 years.

Why choose the LUCIE Progress label?
LUCIE Progress is designed to give all organizations a way to launch and promote a CSR strategy.
The 3 objectives of the label:
- Start or develop a CSR strategy to incorporate social and environmental issues into your activity more effectively;
- Evaluate your company’s level of CSR maturity;
- Promote your CSR initiatives to all your internal and external stakeholders.
Comment obtenir le label ?
For the LUCIE Progress label, Agence LUCIE has developed a transparent labeling process that offers an accessible option for all organizations to evaluate their CSR maturity level. It entails a four-step labeling process :
1
Joining the LUCIE Community
The company, non-profit, or local government starts the labeling process and joins the LUCIE Community, which now numbers close to 1,200 committed and responsible organizations.
2
On-site audit
A LUCIE expert will assess your organization’s CSR maturity level during an on-site audit that lasts at least a half day. The audit will be scored on a 1000-point scale based on the ISO 26000 standard.
3
Documenting a CSR action plan
Your organization will then develop a CSR plan to implement over 2 years so it can take social and environmental issues into account in its activity more effectively and do more to contribute to the SDGs.
4
Obtaining the LUCIE Progress label
Your organization will receive the label for two years if it scores more than 300 points.
