LUCIE Progress is the accessible CSR certification, aligned with ISO 26000. It is adapted for organisations who are just getting started with CSR, who want to assess their process and build their action plan to integrate environmental and social issues into their activity.

The steps to obtaining LUCIE Progress certification
With LUCIE Progress certification, we will guide you through your first steps in CSR and will help you assess your process using a clear and methodical roadmap to progress with confidence.
We answer your questions
It is designed for organisations taking their first steps on CSR and who want to showcase their maturity on the subject. It involves a turnkey methodology to apply the principles of ISO 26000 in a practical way in their organisation and to work on a serious process of continuous improvement.

The LUCIE guidelines are aligned with the international standard ISO 26000. It is designed to be practical and accessible to all types of organisations. It allows organisations to conduct an in-depth CSR self-assessment and to measure their level of maturity around CSR.

A multi-step certification process:
- Initial training (one day)
- Self-assessment
- Audit
- Drafting an action plan (your commitments)
- Award of the certification for two years

Given the demanding nature of LUCIE 26000+, LUCIE ESG+ and LUCIE One Planet certification, support is highly recommended.
The certification cost includes:
- Compulsory one- or two-day training for at least one person. This may be covered by your OPCO.
- An annual subscription (based on your turnover or operating budget); brand licensing fee including access to all LUCIE Community tools, services and events.
- The cost of the audit based on your turnover.
